The refill is interchangeable with the T-Cell fragrances from Rubbermaid, and it doesn't include air freshener inside. It works well in a bathroom of up to three stalls or in a small room. However, the dispenser's cartridge can easily break when trying to fit, and the air freshener loses its scent fast. It is hard to open to replace with the refill, and the adhesive can sometimes do a lousy job of sticking it to the wall.
