The CHANNELLOCK Job Site Tool Box SP19102 is a reasonably sturdy box with outside dimensions of 29-7/8 long, 11-7/8 tall, and 15-7/8 front to back. It has handles that add about 3/8" on each end and the padlock hasp adds about 1" on the front. The lid fits over the box, making it approximately 1/4" bigger in both directions. It can be difficult to pry open at the corners. The decal is easily removable, and it comes poorly packaged, which often results in dents. It would not fit a 3-ton floor jack, and it is too small for someone looking for a 43-inch black toolbox. However, it would fit under a pick-up truck's tonneau cover. Overall, the CHANNELLOCK Job Site Tool Box SP19102 seems like a decent option for storing tools, as it is sturdy and secure. However, it is important to keep in mind its limitations regarding size and packaging.
