Answer: It comes with the stand in the picture. It is quite robust and works well on a table. -

Do you have to use the Hindenburg part with the mic?
Answer: I use my Elgato game capture with it, so it seems Hindenburg is not the only program you can use. But, any other specifics I'm not sure of.
