It fits an adult male comfortably, however, it may become uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The package includes a hat with two detachable horns. The overall look of the helmet is plain without the lights turned on, but with the lights on, it looks fantastic. Unfortunately, there isn't an option for the horns to remain blue without flashing red. Customer reviews are mixed, however, most customers seemed satisfied with the purchase. Some customers noted that the helmet was uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, while others mentioned that the horns did not light up as brilliantly as shown in the picture.
