How good is this work for elbow paint relief for weight lifting
Answer: I use it on my knee for Tennis but my pain level isn’t that bad. You may just have to try it to see if it works. Either get a PT to apply it the first time so you can see it done or look it up on YouTube. -

Should you use them only when working out or just generally?
Answer: Since it's supposed to stay on until you take it off about 4 days later, it should work anytime. However, the red tape didn't stay on as well as the black tape, although the company said there was no difference. Maybe they are made from different material since the black I ordered first was more expensive. The red came off while walking. My son said the red was good, but also came off while he was working out. -

Answer: No idea. I never used it and then got a dislocated knee cap. -

How many days is it suppose to stay on for?
Answer: This depends on where you place it and how you prep your skin. I use it for my feet, which I am a nurse and stand for 13 hours a day, multiple days in a row. I discovered that you must exfoliate every time before you apply the tape. Also, hairless areas last better than hairy areas. My taping tends to last 5-9 days depending on the amount of activity. If I only work and do light things (not working out 7 days a week) they will last 9 days. If I work and then do yard work or go to the gym regularly they last me 5 days. -

Answer: No, the paper backing on the back isn't pre-cut on each individual pre-cut strip. That being said, you can easily rip the paper backing when you are wanting to apply the tape!
