Several customers reported that the docking station ceased to operate effectively, experiencing frequent disconnections and failing to connect to their laptops altogether. Notably, one user mentioned that it failed to work after just three months of use, while another experienced problems after five months. Additionally, the build quality of the docking station has been cited as inadequate, raising questions about its value Considering its price point.
