Drama Editorial Review
**** "Dominick and Eugene," also known as "Nicky and Gino" in Europe, tells the poignant story of twin brothers, Dominick and Eugene Luciano, and explores their deep bond and individual struggles. The film, shot on location in Pittsburgh, delivers an emotionally charged narrative, focusing on Eugene's ambition to pursue medical training at Stanford while Dominick, a garbage collector, supports him financially despite facing his own challenges, including intellectual disabilities. Audiences have praised Tom Hulce’s performance as Dominick, highlighting his ability to portray a complex character with great sensitivity and respect. Reviewers laud the film’s ability to tread the delicate line of depicting mental disabilities without resorting to stereotypes, providing an uplifting story arc that resonates with viewers. The film also garners appreciation for its touching moments and heartfelt portrayal of family dynamics, as well as the exploration of independence and growth among the brothers. Despite its initial underwhelming reception, "Dominick and Eugene" has become a cherished classic for many who regard its storytelling and emotional depth. Viewers find it hard to come by even among today's streaming services, making the purchase of the DVD a sought-after option for those wishing to revisit a beloved film or share it with new audiences. Overall, the film has not only stood the test of time but continues to evoke strong feelings of nostalgia and admiration among its fans. **

“The product is absolutely amazing! I’m very happy with the quality, and it exceeded my expectations. It looks beautiful and feels very well made. My only comment is regarding the shipping cost, which was almost the same price as the product itself. I really hope Ubuy can offer more reasonable shipping rates in the future. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and I will happily purchase it again once it is back in stock.”
