The texture is soft and smooth with an amazing color payoff. Comes in 30 irresistible shades perfectly coordinated with Vamp! eyeshadows. Your eyes are left amazingly emphasized, enhanced and intense. The formula contains jojoba oil, softening and nourishing, antioxidant vitamins E and C and cottonseed oil, for softness and moisturizing.
