Rosetta Stone Headset Microphone

**** The Rosetta Stone Headset Microphone has garnered a mixed reception from users, highlighting both its impressive audio performance and significant quality control issues. On one hand, many customers have praised the headset for its effective noise cancellation, which allows for clear communication by blocking external sounds, even the chirping of birds. This makes it particularly appealing for users seeking a reliable tool for online learning or conversations. However, the quality of the product itself has raised concerns. Several reviews mention receiving headsets that appeared aged or damaged upon arrival, with issues like flaking plastic on the ear cups being reported. This has led to frustrations from customers who feel that the product is not safe or suitable for various environments, especially where children are concerned. Despite the competitive pricing of $29.99 directly from Rosetta Stone, some users advise against paying more due to these quality issues. Furthermore, experiences with customer service related to product malfunctions have also been disappointing for certain users. In summary, while the Rosetta Stone Headset Microphone offers good sound quality and ease of use, potential buyers should be wary of its inConsistent condition and quality assurance before making a purchase. **
