This functionality is beneficial for users who frequently switch between towing capacities or need to detach their trailers quickly. The innovative design minimizes the effort required for connecting or disconnecting, enhancing user convenience and safety. This makes it particularly useful in scenarios where time is of the essence, like during camping trips or when frequent towing is involved.

Is the capture plate compatible with all truck models?

The PULLRITE 331711 SuperGlide QuickConnect Capture Plate is specifically designed for use with standard fifth wheel hitches and is compatible with various truck models. However, it's important to check the specifications of your particular truck and hitch to ensure compatibility. Using the correct setup is crucial for optimal performance and safety, and verifying the fit can prevent operational challenges while towing. Always consult the product manual or check with the manufacturer for specific compatibility information.

What materials is the PULLRITE capture plate made from?

The PULLRITE 331711 SuperGlide QuickConnect Capture Plate is constructed from high-strength, durable materials intended to withstand the rigors of heavy towing. This robust construction ensures longevity and reliability when in use, making it suitable for challenging road conditions. Regular maintenance of the PULLRITE 331711 SuperGlide QuickConnect Capture Plate includes cleaning, inspection for wear, and ensuring all connections are secure. PullRite Trailer Parts & Kits ‎331711 Editorial Review

PULLRITE 331711 SuperGlide QuickConnect Capture Plate is designed to provide a secure fit for your fifth wheel hitch, enhancing safety during turns. Users report it fits perfectly onto the lipper pinbox, alleviating the worry of hitting the corner of the truck cab while maneuvering. While the plate offers improved fit over generic versions, some customers noted it does not attach as securely as anticipated, relying on a single screw-in bolt instead of multiple screws. It’s advisable to consult PullRite for installation guidance if you're installing it yourself, particularly regarding lubrication preferences between grease and oil.
