Answer: Yes, but there may be a rattle. The box can be mounted without the trim piece in place, which helps gain an inch and a half into the trunk area. -

Answer: The front support when folded down can support up to 40 lbs. -

Once installed, exactly how many inches into the tailgate space does the box take up?
Answer: The box takes up about 7 1/2 inches, but may vary depending on the model of your Jeep. -

Does this box work with a Weathertech cargo liner in the back?
Answer: The box may be too low, and you may need to re-drill. Tuffy may not provide help in this regard. -

Will this work on a JK 2015?
Answer: No, we do not offer the tailgate lockbox in the 2015 models, as this product fits only the 2018 at this point. -

Is there a similar product that fits a 2017 Wrangler?
Answer: Tuffy's part number 359-01 fits the '07-'18 JK and JKU Wranglers.
