Florsheim Shoes FE690 Editorial Review
The Work Men's Hercules Fe690 Work Shoe is a steel-toe work boot that is not recommended for wearing with dress socks. They are of an average weight, and the width measurement indicates a size of 4.5 inches. They are rated as EH but not as SD or ESD. The shoes are not oil slip-resistant, according to one customer who tried them. The reviews are mixed, with some customers complaining that the shoes are difficult to get on, have hard edges that rub against their skin and feel lumpy. Some customers find the shoes too tight and painful to wear, while others have found them to fit well right out of the box. One customer found that the sole of the shoe peeled off after only six months of use.
