The Bazooka MBT1014 is a 10-inch 4-ohm marine subwoofer that can be used in a pontoon boat or outdoors under a covered porch. The wire connections are simple and standard bare speaker wire works well. It is not self-amplified and requires an external amp to function. This subwoofer can be used as an add-on speaker with Bose speakers without any issues. The recommended amp wattage to run the 10-inch sub is 400 watts, but a 180W (4 ohm) / 300W (2 ohm) amp would suffice for it. It can withstand weather conditions and has been used outside by customers for a couple of years.
