The Comimark LED VU meter is a great product with a fantastic price. It is a handy device with at least eight different modes which enable viewing the lights. It doesn't come with instructions but they can be found online. It is designed to be viewed on its side, with the right channel at the top set of lights, and the left channel at the bottom set of lights. The LEDs are bright green, with at least eight different brightness levels. It responds to sound very fast, but the input level needs to be externally adjusted as there is no gain control. The LED VU meter is designed to be fast-acting and works great as a visual warning for radar detectors or when tuning in Morse code while using a ham radio. However, it doesn't react quickly to fast-changing tones. Overall, the quality and Construction are first-rate and it is well worth the purchase.
