Some customers have reported that even a small amount of weight can cause these risers to buckle, making the bed unstable. Several customers have also expressed concerns over the small base of the risers in comparison to the post hole on the top, causing them to purchase shelf braces to bolt four risers to the floor for stability. In one instance, a riser broke and collapsed under a bed causing injury and damaged items. Although these risers may work for some, cautious Consideration should be taken into account before making a purchase.
