It's great for 2c/3a hair types, but it's important to start with a small quantity and add more product as needed. Many customers found that the product has a pleasant scent and doesn't leave white residue, however, some thought it made their hair gummy and weighted down. Moreover, using the product on clean and well-oiled hair is recommended to avoid white residue. In terms of hold, the results were mixed. Some customers with fine hair found it had a decent hold of 7 out of 10, but other customers with thicker hair found it necessary to use a diffuser. Using it with creamy products from other lines can cause flaking, which can be avoided with the flake test. Overall, the product is sold at an excellent value, and it lasts for a long time.
