Additionally, one customer received a dirty cage with stains that resembled rust marks. They tried to clean it but the stains appeared permanent. This was their first time receiving a dirty product, as they had previously ordered from a different site. Another customer had a particularly frustrating experience, having to reorder the cage four times. The first time, the parts were defective and couldn't be put together, and the third time, their cage got damaged during a move and the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty. They found the cage flimsy and poorly made, but needed the space for their five ferrets.
