Answer: It has a headphone style jack, and comes with a 1/4 inch adapter. It will work okay for karaoke if you use it with an equalizer to tweak the mid range (500Hz to 3KHz). Without an equalizer, I don't know, depends on your standards. It's not a great mic, but for under $10 it's very impressive. -

Does it carries a 1/4 jack at the end and how good it sounds?
Answer: Oh wait, its a 1/8 jack, like the computer plug. You should get the next level up, r20 instead. -

Can you guys tell me how I could use this on my laptop or iphone?
Answer: Use an adapter to fit your standard headphone jack. -

How long is the cable length? Does this work with a computer to sing songs for a small child to play with?
Answer: Cord is 11 feet long. With the 3.5mm plug i used mic on my laptop and sounded great. Buy it before I raise the price as I was amazed at the quality of sound.
