Introducing the DC 6-60V 400W BLDC Three Phase DC Brushless PWM Hall Electric Motor Controller Driver Board. This high-power controller is perfect for those seeking a reliable and efficient motor control solution. Its maximum current rating of 16A, with a peak current of 20A, ensures that it can handle demanding loads with ease.
What sets this controller apart is its versatility in control options. It supports PLC 0-5V analog control and PWM control with an amplitude of 2.5-5V. This means that you can easily integrate it into your existing control systems.
Please note that this driver is specifically designed for DC brushless motors with a Hall effect and an electrical angle of 120 degrees. Ensure that your motor meets these requirements before making a purchase. The board features MA, MB, and MC phase line outputs for easy motor connection. Additionally, it offers a 5V GND power supply, SC speed pulse signal output, DIR direction control, and STOP stop control interfaces.
The BRAKE interface allows for brake control, and the Ha, Hb, and Hc interfaces provide Hall signal power supply input. To ensure proper functionality, it is important to match the order of the three-phase wires on the motor driver board with the three Hall signal wires from your motor. This will ensure smooth operation and optimal performance. Please exercise caution when connecting the Hall wires. It is recommended to use low current and low voltage to test the wiring sequence before applying high current and high voltage.
This will help prevent any potential damage to the driver board. Additionally, ensure proper insulation of the wiring heads to maintain electrical safety. In the event of abnormal operation, the motor output has built-in sampling over-current protection.
