Jarrow Formulas, Mastic Gum, 500mg, Mastic Gum Resin, High Dose, 60 Vegan Capsules, Vegetarian, Soy Free, Gluten Free, Non-GMO

Jarrow Formulas Mastic Gum is a high-dose supplement that provides 500mg of mastic gum resin per capsule. This product is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and non-GMO, making it suitable for various dietary restrictions. Mastic gum is known for its potential digestive benefits, including supporting gut health and reducing symptoms of stomach discomfort. Some studies suggest it may aid in alleviating ulcers and other gastrointestinal issues. However, the evidence is still limited, and not all claims are universally supported by extensive research. Potential drawbacks include the possibility of gastrointestinal upset in some users and the lack of comprehensive studies on long-term safety. Overall, while mastic gum may offer benefits, consumers should consult healthcare professionals before starting any new supplement, especially if they have underlying health conditions.
