Mountain Warehouse Internal Frame Backpacks 034730024001 Editorial Review
The Mountain Warehouse Pace 30L Rucksack has garnered mixed reviews from customers, illustrating its strengths and weaknesses in use. On the positive side, many users praise the comfort and innovative design features of the backpack. The Airflow Back System is particularly noted for preventing sweaty backs during use, a significant benefit for those who plan to wear the rucksack for extended periods. Additionally, the lower waist belt is said to help distribute weight more evenly across the hips, enhancing comfort and supporting the user's back, especially during long hikes or walks. The various pockets, including a dedicated space for hydration and a compartment for dirty or wet gear, have received favorable mentions as they add practical value for storage. However, several reviewers pointed out a critical issue: the actual capacity of the backpack does not align with the advertised 30 liters. Customers have noted that while it may accommodate 30 liters of liquid, it falls short when it comes to packing clothes, shoes, and other bulky items. This discrepancy seems to stem from the design of the internal frame, which takes up significant space in the main compartment. Additionally, users of shorter stature reported discomfort with the fit, indicating that the rigid back frame may be better suited for taller individuals, as it can sit too high on the body and may not align properly with the shoulders. Overall, while the Mountain Warehouse Pace 30L Rucksack excels in comfort and specific design features conducive to hiking and camping, it may not meet the needs of all users, particularly when it comes to space for items beyond lightweight gear. **
