مراجعة تحريرية
Leave Us Alone (OmU) is a poignant film directed by Lasse Nielsen, showcasing themes of adolescence and sexuality, reminiscent of 'Lord of the Flies'. Despite its 1978 release, it effectively captures the essence of youth and rebellion. The film follows a group of kids from a home who escape to an uninhabited island, confronting the harsh realities of isolation and conflict. Viewers appreciate the natural performances of the young actors, which help to mitigate some script flaws. Even with minor shortcomings in the resolution and dialogue, the overall portrayal of first love and budding sexuality resonates well, making it a notable piece of youth drama from the era.
