It is essential to prepare the crack, sandblasting it, cleaning it out with high-pressure air or water before filling it with the sealant. It can be cleaned up with water and is paintable. The liquid flows easily into the crack, and it worked well on concrete, self-leveling very well. Some reviewers were unhappy with the product's size, with one reviewer stating it was a rip-off because a tiny 7 oz. bottle was not even the 9.7 oz. advertised when they searched for the size after receiving it.
