The Creative Products Group BLL-50101-2006-1PK Global Versa PRO Baggage Slam Latch is a good replacement latch that is easy to install. Most customers found it to be an exact fit replacement latch and were able to change out their old latch within a few minutes. The product comes with a Global Link key, but some customers have reported not receiving keys in the package. While the product is of good quality, some customers have found it not sturdy enough and have had to replace it every two years. Additionally, some customers have reported that the rear mounting plate is much thinner in gauge metal than the OEM part and deforms when tightening screws, and some have suggested the use of the OEM mounting plate and longer screws.
