Some customers were pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the files. They mentioned that the files arrived quickly, were of good quality, and effectively salvaged the points in old machinery, which saved them from having to replace the parts. Additionally, customers appreciated the affordable price and the fact that they were sold in a pack of two. However, there were also some complaints about the product. One customer mentioned that the files were not suitable for filing points as they were too thick, while another customer expressed dissatisfaction with the quality, referring to it as "Chinese garbage" due to the factory rust on the file. While some customers found them to be effective and good value for money, others were dissatisfied with the quality and suitability for the intended purpose.
