The switch matrix of the keypad is of excellent quality, and it is easy to set up and use with an Arduino or other MCU. However, some customers have experienced issues with the buttons not functioning correctly and the connection pins being mounted on the same side as the buttons, making it difficult to mount the keypad on a PCB board or plug into a breadboard. Additionally, there are no mounting holes for stand-offs or project enclosure mounting. Despite these issues, the keypad is still useful for projects that require a small and simple input device.
