They are made of a light/mid weight sweatpant material and feel comfortable when wearing for an extended period of time. They have wide leg openings making them ideal for those who need to accommodate swollen knees or have thicker legs. They also have a drawstring and a wide elastic waistband, however, it seems that the sizing runs smaller than expected, so it's important to order them in your usual size. They do have pockets, which is always a bonus. However, it's important to note that they tend to wrinkle and take on more of a baggy sweatpant look throughout the day. They come in various colors to choose from and are made in several countries, not just the USA.
