The Candy Sugar Plum color can be applied over any base metallic coat, allowing for endless customization possibilities. For a truly unique look, it can also be applied over pearls, liquid, sky, rainbow XL colors, and more.
This Candy color is best applied over a metallic silver basecoat for optimal results. Each can contains 5oz of urethane basecoat, ensuring excellent coverage and durability. The color will dry to a flat finish, providing a sleek and professional appearance. To achieve a final finish, a 1K or 2K clearcoat is required. We offer various options to suit your needs, including pints, quarts, gallons, and touch up pens.
Whether you're working on a small project or a full-scale customization, we have the right size for you. Applying Candy colors may seem complex, but we provide clear instructions to make the process hassle-free. Always remember to test the color on a small panel before proceeding with your project. Start by prepping your surface as you would for any other paint job – sanding, priming, etc.
Shake the aerosol can for 3-5 minutes before use. Apply 2-3 coats of the basecoat color, allowing 10-15 minutes between each coat. Once the basecoat is dry, it's time to apply the Candy Sugar Plum color. Shake the aerosol can again and apply 2-5 coats of the Candy color, depending on the desired intensity.
Leave 10-15 minutes between each coat. After allowing the Candy color to dry for 60 minutes, it's time to apply a 1K or 2K clearcoat for the final finish.
