It comes with a typical screw that is used for Bachmann freight cars and can be used on other stock with a grommet-like spacer and/or a washer or a flanged screw to hold it in place. This device is also suitable for a Maxi-IV well car. The wheel size is HO scale 36". Customers have had mixed experiences with the product. Some found it easy to install and enjoyed the new look it gave their trains. One customer mentioned it was a perfect addition to their 50-year-old plastic 50' boxcar for a simple "round the tree donut" layout. However, one customer's device burned up after only two weeks, and another thought the device was unusable without a smaller screw.
