These medical grade face masks are sterilized with ethylene oxide and have a 2-year period of validity. They are ASTM certified and can filter 98% of particles larger than 0.1 micron. The masks are produced in a cleanroom with a class of 100,000, with 48 automatic production lines making up to 10,000,000 masks daily. One customer complained about the pleats facing up instead of down, but overall, the masks are well made and conform to the face while still allowing for easy breathing. A few customers found the masks to be scratchy, with one customer returning them due to an odor.
