The Google Nest Learning Thermostat - 3rd Gen has received great reviews from customers that have purchased and used it. It is very convenient and easy to install and operate. The learning feature of the temperature patterns is one of the main highlights of the product. The color of the thermostat blends well with hardwood floors. Nest products have been praised to give a sense of security to customers and work as advertised. It comes with all the necessary components for installation, including a plate to cover old wall imperfections, a metal plate to secure the thermostat, and sticker labels to ensure all wires are accounted for. However, the product's listing on Walmart's website can be misleading. Some customers have received the product's box without the Google seal, and some came with dirt cheap stickers, which raises concerns about whether the product is new and unused. Although the customer service at Walmart was excellent and verified that the products were new, it wasn't very helpful in addressing the customer's concern since it was fulfilled by a third-party seller. So, it's advisable to be cautious and avoid getting a good deal for a "new" nest if such shady listings exist.
