The mailbox is made of high-quality materials and comes with labels for each box, making it easy to assign mailboxes to tenants. You can label one for outgoing mail or pick up for the mail carrier to see. Unfortunately, the mailbox is not approved for new Construction buildings built after 2012, so it may not work for some customers. However, for buildings built before 2012, this mailbox is a suitable option. One downside is that the mailbox does not come with a postal carrier lock and key. The USPS will provide and install the lock for you, but you will need to contact them separately. The mailbox also needs to be waterproofed if you plan on installing it outside. Overall, the Vertical Mailbox with 5 Doors, Alum, is a great option for those managing multiple mailboxes in one place.
