It comprises an insulator base with a stud, which holds all of the connections together. It comes with a 7/8" long stud, suitable for connecting three cables. Customers have inquired about several aspects of the Fastronix 14" Stainless Steel Red Power Junction Block. The most significant question resolved that the product is not entirely made of stainless steel; only 1/4" Red Junction blocks are. A few customers asked whether the product would support higher amperage. The junction block can withstand 160 amps and can support a 0 gauge battery cable with a 3/8" hole. Additionally, if high current passes through the stud, quality terminals need to be used.
