Statistical Quality Control is an excellent textbook on the subject. It offers a clear and concise treatment of statistical quality control concepts, making it easy to understand for beginner-level students. The book has been around for a while and is Considered a classic in the university curriculum. However, one reviewer was disappointed because they did not receive the end-of-chapter exercise questions in either the softcover textbook or the E-text. This fact was not mentioned in the ad, making the book less helpful to them. Another reviewer received a damaged book with bent pages and a delaminating back cover, which was a shame as they otherwise would have given the book a five-star rating. Overall, despite the issues mentioned by some reviewers, this book remains an excellent choice for those learning statistical quality control.
