Description: The Makita XDT14Z 18V 1/4 3-Speed Brushless Cordless Impact Driver tool only is an excellent fastening solution which provides high torque, longer run-time, and precise fastening features. It is compact and ergonomic, weighing only 3.3 pounds with battery (sold separately) and measuring just 4-5/8” long. The tool’s quick-shift mode uses the motor’s electronic controls to balance speed and torque for the efficient fastening of each unique application. It has a 3-speed power selection switch to accommodate a variety of applications. This impact driver’s brushless motor is electronically controlled to optimize battery use, efficiently using energy to match torque and RPM to the demands of the application. It delivers 3600 max RPM and 1550 in-lbs of max torque. It also eliminates carbon brushes so the motor can run cooler and more efficiently. It has tightening mode for quickly tightening self-drilling screws and an all-metal gear housing for increased durability. Makita’s hammer and anvil impact mechanism is made from high quality steel, providing maximum fastening and driving power. The features do not end there – this driver also has a convenient one-touch ¼” hex chuck for quick bit changes, dual LED lights, rubberized soft grip, and Makita battery technology to protect against overloading, over-discharging, and over-heating. The fast charge time equates to less waiting and more working and creating.
