The ShangHJ 20kg Load Cell Weighing Sensor Portable Electronic Kitchen Scale HX711 AD Weighit Amplifier Module Pressure Sensor is a decent product. The load cells are analog and rated for 20KG, although likely they have a 10% minimum fail so they can go up to 22kg before damage. The sensor has good resolution (24 bits) and gain but the sample rate is fixed at 100ms, despite the chip being capable of higher rates. The circuit board that comes with this product could use an improvement in design. However, the load cells are relatively linear and work fine, especially with the HX711 boards and the Python library that can be found online. Some users have successfully used the HX711 boards with a RPi. The wire is thin and easy to break, and the threaded mounting holes on 10kg cells are all M4-0.70 threads, not M4 and M5 as specified in the design drawing.
