Empire Computer Components Editorial Review
The Empire Shockwave Marker Board - MiniAxe receives generally positive feedback from customers who appreciate its easy installation and the convenience it brings to modifying gun settings. Customers have noted that the board seamlessly fits with older Invert mini models, eliminating the need to remove the battery cover for adjustments. This functionality significantly enhances the user experience for those looking to revive older paintball markers. However, some users have expressed dissatisfaction with the programming interface, noting that changing settings requires multiple clicks of the trigger which can be cumbersome. Additionally, a significant point of contention is the 15bps cap that applies to all firing modes except semi-automatic. Many reviewers feel this limitation is misleading, especially since the board is advertised as supporting speeds of up to 20bps. Overall, while the Shockwave Marker Board is highlighted as a cost-effective solution for refurbishing older guns and provides a significant upgrade in usability, potential buyers seeking high-performance features may want to Consider other options. **
